Train the Trainer (T3)

The Duluth Retriever Club (DRC) offers Train-The-Trainer (T3) each season to introduce new members to the club and teach the basics of training a retriever. This class is an excellent opportunity for new or inexperienced dog handlers to work with experienced members. This class is best suited for dogs 6 months or older who have finished basic obedience training.

The course is free with a DRC membership, but anyone wanting to participate will need to enroll. DRC membership allows participants the full use of the club grounds and facilities.

For the 2026 season, T3 will meet on Thursdays at 6 pm, beginning May 21.
